The annual Workers Memorial Day dinner planned to remember those who were hurt or killed on the job and collectively renews our struggle for improved safety in our workplaces. We celebrate Workers Memorial Day in late April to commemorate the OSHA law and mine safety law that were enacted due to the work of unions and union allies, winning protections for workers in this country who all deserve the right to a safe job.
